Network Strategy manages multi billion pound gas distribution assets. Asset Management is about ensuring the gas network performs as expected, developing asset strategies and processes to meet those expectations and making the best possible decisions to optimise our performance.
Our Network Strategy Team ensure they know where our gas assets are, what we want from them, get the best value from them and be confident they are safe. They also have to review National Grids gas assets in light of the changing environment and continually improve our asset management processes to the satisfaction of our stakeholders and investors.
