The programme enables employees to choose the level of cover that suits their needs and the needs of their family, and provides them with the opportunity to change some of the benefits they receive as their individual circumstances and needs change. Private Medical Insurance: This benefit allows employees to select Private Medical Insurance from BUPA for themselves and their families.
Health Screening: The Health Screening benefit allows employees to assess the shape they are in and allows for either a basic all-round health check or a more detailed and thorough review of their physical condition.
Dental Insurance: This benefit can help protect against unexpected bills, by enabling employees to claim back the cost of NHS or private dental treatments.
Holidays: This benefit gives employees the opportunity to 'buy' or 'sell' up to 3 days of holiday.
